These terms govern your use of SureStack, operated by Nova Media LLC. By purchasing or using SureStack, you agree to these terms.

License

When you purchase SureStack, you receive a one-time, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software. Your license covers:

• Unlimited projects
• Single user (one person per license key)
• Access to the product at app.surestack.dev

Non-Transferable

Your license key is tied to you and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with others.

Refunds

Because SureStack delivers a digital license key immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a license key has been generated.

No Warranty

SureStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Nova Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SureStack. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product ($79).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense SureStack. You may not use the product for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of SureStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
