SureStack is operated by Nova Media LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it short because we keep it simple.

What We Collect

• Email address — provided at purchase, used to deliver your license key.
• License key — generated at purchase, used to authenticate your access to SureStack.
• Project data — the content you create within SureStack (project context files, session history, etc.). This data is stored locally or within the app to provide product functionality.

How We Use Your Data

• Deliver your license key and product access.
• Provide and maintain SureStack's core functionality.
• Respond to support requests.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not create user accounts beyond your license key and email.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. Stripe handles that data under their own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies & Tracking

The SureStack marketing site does not use cookies or third-party analytics. The app at app.surestack.dev may use essential cookies for session management — no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Data Retention

We retain your email and license key for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
